• To continuously monitor, counsel, guide and motivate the students in all academic matters.
• To advise students regarding choice of electives and projects.
• To contact parents/guardians as and when requires.
• To advise students in their career development/professional guidance.
• To maintain a detailed progressive record of the students.
• To maintain a concise yet clear record of all discussions with students.
